Day 1

Welcome to Western Massachusetts, home of the magnificent Berkshires. Arrive for our kickoff lunch, where you meet your Host and Running Experts at the hotel before taking to the road. Our first afternoon will consist of a time trial run complete with videotaping of your running style, followed by an afternoon run through Pittsfield and into the Pittsfield State Forest. Change for dinner as we wine and dine at Spice, followed by your personalized videotape analysis available back at the hotel.

Day 2

Wake up early and join us for Interval Training or sleep in and join us for our morning Runditioning session after breakfast. The afternoon will be spent at the famous Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, where we will be running our 5 miler, dining and taking in a private tour. Spend the afternoon relaxing in Stockbridge, or head back to the hotel for some R&R before dining at the Church Street Café in Lenox. End the night with an evening stretch under the stars.

 Day 3

Hopefully you got a good nights rest before we take off to the top of Mt. Greylock, the highest peak in MA. Here we will conduct our hill workout, along the Appalachian Trail and dine overlooking five states below us. After a little recovery time we will take off for Middlefield MA, home of Glendale Falls, the longest waterfalls in the state. We will start and finish our afternoon 10 miler from here. Enjoy a late dinner and drinks in Stockbridge at the famous Red Lion Inn.

Day 4

Grab some morning energy food before heading off for our final run at October Mountain State Forest. Enjoy our farewell brunch together and receive training info custom made by our Running Experts.
