Day 1

Arrive by noon on the Upper West Side, as we get set for a weekend of running, training and exploring in the Big Apple. Come dressed ready to go as we have a quick orientation lunch and then take off on our first run. Shoot up the West Side of Manhattan on Riverside Drive and catch a glimpse of the George Washington Bridge in front of you, the Hudson River to your left side and the buildings of NYC to your right. Meet with our Running Experts in the afternoon for analysis and suggestions for the weekend ahead. Finish off the day with pasta at one of the city’s finest Italian hideaways.

Day 2

Spend the day in Manhattan’s running haven, Central Park. After some early morning energy food, our Running Experts prepare a special 10 mile run throughout the park, complete with water stations and pace groups. Join the natives as we take in a lunch spread on the Great Lawn. Spend the early afternoon walking down through Columbus Circle, 5th Avenue, Madison Avenue and Rockefeller Center. Take in a late afternoon cool down stretch and training session before dining in the hip Meat Packing District at night.

Day 3

Enjoy an morning stretch clinic from Wharton Performance in Central Park before heading downtown.  Today’s run will take us through downtown Manhattan around the “tip” and over the famous Brooklyn Bridge. Afterwards relax in Battery Park where you can view the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island in the distance. Shop in SoHo and explore Greenwich Village before heading back uptown.

Day 4

Start off Day 4 the way New Yorkers do, with a morning run through the park before Sunday Brunch and the New York Times. After brunch get your custom analysis and suggestions by our Running Experts.
